Exchange Policy:
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that shopping online can be tricky sometimes. If you're unhappy with the fit or quality we will gladly accept an exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of package delivery. Please read our policy for eligibility:
*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
*Items must have tags still attached and in original form, no alterations
*Items must be smoke-free and clean
*The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer
*Damaged items may be returned for store credit only if we are notified within three days of receiving the package, and must be unworn with tags still attached
*All jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for store credit
Please contact us at hello@jenaboom.com for information on where to return your items before shipping them. After we receive and approve your items for exchange you will be issued a store credit to use for a future purchase.
